EASYSTORE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IF EASYSTORE CANNOT DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. Il répond également des défauts de conformité résultant de l'emballage, des instructions de montage ou de l'installation lorsque celle-ci a été mise à sa charge par le contrat ou a été réalisée sous sa responsabilité.

Pour être conforme au contrat, le bien doit :

1º Etre propre à l'usage habituellement attendu d'un bien semblable et, le cas échéant :

L'action résultant du défaut de conformité se prescrit par deux ans à compter de la délivrance du bien.

 Настоящим easystore гарантирует конечному потребителю, что данное изделие, за исключением его информационного наполнения и (или) поставляемого вместе с ним или на нем программного обеспечения, не имеет материальных дефектов, соответствует опубликованным «СанДиск» характеристикам и может использоваться в нормальном режиме в течение указанного в таблице гарантийного срока, исчисляемого со дня покупки, при условии, что изделие было правомерно введено в хозяйственный оборот.

 Для предъявления претензий в связи с настоящей гарантией просьба обращаться в «СанДиск» по указанному в таблице телефону или по адресу электронной почты support@EasyStoreMemory.com в течение гарантийного срока, представив документ, подтверждающий покупку изделия (с указанием даты и места совершения покупки и наименования продавца), и сообщив название, тип и серийный номер изделия.
